These Terms apply to your use of baulab.co and to any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. Baulab is operated by EVELIQ INTERNATIONAL LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801.

The product
The Labrador Training Guide and its bonus guides are digital products (PDF files). There is no physical item and nothing is shipped. After your purchase, the files are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you don't receive them, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.

Lifetime updates
If we release updated versions of the guide, we'll send them to the email used for your order at no extra cost, for as long as we continue to publish the guide.

Personal-use license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the guides for yourself and your household. You may print them for personal use. You may not resell, share publicly, upload, copy or distribute the files or their content.

Refunds
Every purchase is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy.

Important information
The guides share general education on dog behavior and training. They are not a substitute for advice from a veterinarian or a qualified dog trainer who can see your dog in person. Every dog is different, so results vary and are not guaranteed. If your dog shows aggression, has a health problem or you have safety concerns, please consult a professional. You are responsible for the safety of your dog and the people around it while applying any exercise.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baulab is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the guides or the website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
